To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to organize and plan routes for our field technicians.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and planning routes for our field service technicians
• Assisting service technicians with administrative and organizational tasks
• Working closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Warehouse to ensure a smooth flow of information
• Customer communication—by phone and in writing
• Planning and coordinating internal processes and maintaining relevant data in our systems
• General office organization and handling of day-to-day business

Qualifications

• Commercial or technical training or comparable qualification – several years of experience in customer service required
• Strong organizational skills with a high degree of independence and reliability
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with customers and colleagues
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent written and spoken German
• Basic technical understanding and interest in learning new technical topics
